How to Request Return Merchandise Authorization
Products bought from Skylink and under warranty may be returned for replacement by following steps:
1. Please contact our salesman at first.
2. Fill out the RMA form. Put the RMA form in the package with the returned item(s).
3. Return the authorized item(s) and notify salesman.
4. RMA form can be obtained by download below.
